1.Data We Collect
We collect the following data: email address (for account creation), uploaded images (3D screenshots), text prompts, generated renders, usage data (credits consumed, features used), and basic device information (browser type, screen size) for analytics.
2.How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to: deliver the rendering service, process credit transactions, improve AI model quality using anonymized training pairs (only from renders you mark as "Final"), send account-related communications, and generate aggregated platform analytics. We do not use your data for advertising.
3.Data Storage
Your data is stored on: Supabase (database and file storage, hosted on AWS), Vercel (application hosting), and third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, FAL.ai) for processing only. Images sent to AI providers are not retained by them after processing.
4.Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share data only with: infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service, and law enforcement when required by Indian law.
5.Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, export your renders and project data, and withdraw consent for training data contribution (by unmarking renders as Final).
6.Cookies
We use minimal cookies: authentication session cookies (required for login) and theme preference (dark/light mode). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
7.Data Retention
Active account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized training data (from renders marked as Final) may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be linked back to individual users.
8.Compliance
This policy is designed to comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. We are committed to compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) as it comes into effect.
9.Changes
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
