1.Service Description
Dezura.AI is an AI-powered interior design rendering platform. Users upload 3D screenshots from any design software and receive photorealistic renders, quick refinements, 4K upscales, and cinematic walkthrough videos.
2.Account Terms
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Each email address may only be associated with one account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Accounts are created with a "designer" role by default. Organization administrators may upgrade roles.
3.Credit System
Dezura operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating renders, refinements, upscales, and video clips. Credit costs are displayed before each action. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits on Free and Starter plans expire at the end of each billing cycle. Pro, Studio, and Enterprise plans have rollover allowances as specified on the pricing page.
4.Acceptable Use
You may use Dezura for interior design rendering and related architectural visualization purposes. You may not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, bypass credit limits, or exploit the platform's APIs for unauthorized purposes.
5.Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all renders generated from your uploaded images and prompts. By marking a render as "Final," you consent to Dezura using the anonymized input-output pair for AI model improvement. Dezura will not publish, share, or sell your specific renders. The Dezura brand, logo, and platform design are proprietary.
6.Limitation of Liability
Dezura is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific render quality, uptime, or processing times. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7.Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
8.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
